Well actually they are in game but not really good (if you play satanael or cocytus card )

Astaroth's reckoning is a 10play point in game so it's very slow and you rarely get to use it. Even if you get to use it, you still need another attack or effect to kill the opponent and if they don't die, you are left open with nothing protecting you. Other mikado's angel/fallen cards are broken tho

Imagine gaining both defense and Blast forms in actual game: Gain Ward, reduce attack taken by 2, draw 2, gain 2 PP, heal 3, and deal 7 damage to leader. He'll be stupidly op.
